Ha, thanks, I have to agree!
Grab a couple pounds of party wings from your butcher, fresh is the best. Brine them overnight (check my brine recipe or research your own). Remove from the brine, set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine 4-6 cloves chopped garlic, a package of rosemary, chopped, a cup of Limoncello (Italian liqueur), and salt/pepper, both pretty generous. Combine well, add wings, cover and let sit for a minimum of 6 hours. Finish on the grill, in the oven or I like to smoke my wings for 3 hours at 250. DAMN, these are straight up good.
