5 Chicken Breasts, cut into uniform cubes
1 Red Onion, cut into quarters
2 large Red Peppers, cut into 1.5″ chunks
1/2 fresh Pineapple, cut into uniform cubes
3/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup SaSo Red Pepper Chipotle Hot Sauce
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
Mix the pineapple juice, SaSo Red Pepper Chipotle Hot Sauce and soy sauce together in a bowl. Add the chicken cubes and marinade for at least 1 hour.
Thread the chicken cubes, vegetables and pineapple onto pre-soaked 6″ or 8″ wooden skewers.
Preheat grill to high; brush grill grate with oil. Place kebobs on grill, reduce heat to medium-high, and close grill lid for about 4 minutes. Carefully turn skewers with tongs, and cover grill until chicken is cooked and vegetables are crisp.
