SaSo Recipe Winner: The (EGG)ceptional Breakfast

First, cut one avocado in half and take the pit out. Make slits in the avocado while it is still in the shell to make it easier for eating later on. Fill the center of the avocado hole with cream cheese. A big spoonful should be enough. Set filled avocado aside.

Cook an egg over medium heat (sunny-side up) with EVOO and place it on top of the avocado. Cook one slice of Canadian bacon and place it on top of the egg.

Finish by topping the whole thing with SaSo’s 3 Pepper Tomatillo Hot Sauce for some spice!
