Serving size: 1 large bowl (3-5 people)
- 3 large avocados
- 1 medium serrano pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 tablespoons SASO Chile Pequin Pepper Sauce
- ½ lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Pit and scoop avocados into mixing bowl. Roast serrano over gas stove top flame, or broil in oven. Once browned, remove from heat.
- Small dice roasted serrano and cilantro.
- Mix scooped avocados, cilantro, serrano pepper, and SASO Chile Pequin Pepper Sauce. Add salt and pepper. Mash and mix well.
- Top with any remaining cilantro.
